1. Acceptance
By accessing or using The Night Market ("TNM"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from settings; some records are retained where required for integrity and audit.
3. Marketplace conduct
Listings, bids, services, and reviews must be honest and lawful. TNM is built on fairness and transparency; abuse, manipulation, or misrepresentation may result in reduced standing or removal.
4. Crystals and top-ups
Crystals are TNM's on-site currency, purchased via top-up at the conversion rate shown at the time of payment. The conversion is one-way: crystals are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for money, transferred off the platform, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The conversion rate and top-up limits may change; the rate applied to a payment is the rate in effect when the payment is confirmed, and rate history is retained for audit. Disputed or refunded payments may result in a corresponding adjustment to your crystal balance.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant TNM the rights needed to operate the platform. You are responsible for the content you post.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or harms other members of the marketplace.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TNM is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
