Account details you provide (such as email, username, display name, and profile photo) and activity you generate on the platform (listings, bids, service requests, reviews, and notifications).

To operate the marketplace, authenticate you, deliver notifications, compute expertise and integrity, and keep the platform safe and fair.
Cookies and sessions
When you sign in, TNM stores a secure, HttpOnly session cookie so we can keep you logged in. It is used solely for authentication — not for advertising or third-party tracking. Clearing it or signing out ends the session.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Limited processing may involve infrastructure providers (such as hosting, storage, and email) acting on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from settings. On completion, personal details are anonymized and your email and username are freed for reuse; marketplace and ledger history is retained for integrity and audit rather than cascade-deleted.
Your choices
You can update your profile and account details, and delete your account, at any time from settings.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
